Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits

  • All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • The deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our clinic operates a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy with no exceptions, including but not limited to illness or childcare-related issues.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a £60.00 cancellation fee will apply.

  • This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show") will incur a £90 fee, and may result in the refusal of any future bookings at our discretion.

Agreement to Terms

  • By booking an appointment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the cancellation and deposit policy.
