Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee, taken at the time of booking.
The deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Our clinic operates a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy with no exceptions, including but not limited to illness or childcare-related issues.
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of the booking fee, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.
If you cancel your appointment, or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, your booking fee will be retained and is non-transferable.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show") will incur a £90 fee, and may result in the refusal of any future bookings at our discretion.
Please note that repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future treatments in full.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may need to be shortened or, in some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In these circumstances, your booking fee may be retained.

Package Pricing

Treatment packages and courses are offered at a discounted rate on the understanding that the patient is purchasing the specified number of treatments as a complete course.
The discounted package price applies to the full course and is not the standard price of an individual treatment.
All packages must be paid for in full, or in accordance with an agreed payment arrangement, before treatments commence.

Cancellations & Refunds

Treatment packages and courses are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where the clinic agrees otherwise.
Patients who choose not to complete a purchased course are not automatically entitled to a refund for unused treatments.
Where the clinic agrees to an early cancellation and partial refund at the patient's request, any treatments already received will be recalculated at the published standalone treatment price applicable at the time of purchase.
Any eligible refund will be calculated by deducting the standalone cost of treatments already received, together with any other lawful and properly disclosed charges, from the original package payment.
If the clinic determines that treatment cannot safely or appropriately continue, including where the patient–practitioner relationship has broken down, we reserve the right to decline further treatment.
Where the clinic initiates the discontinuation of a course, any refund will be assessed fairly according to the circumstances, the treatments already provided, the original agreement and the patient's statutory rights. Standalone treatment pricing may be used where contractually applicable and lawful, but will not be imposed automatically where doing so would be unfair.

Package Validity

Treatments must be booked and completed within any validity period specified at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions after the stated expiry date may be forfeited, subject to applicable consumer law and any reasonable adjustments or extensions agreed by the clinic.
Packages are for the named patient only and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for alternative treatments without the clinic's prior agreement.

All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability assessment.
The clinic reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue treatment where there are clinical safety concerns, contraindications, or a breakdown in the professional relationship that makes continued treatment inappropriate.
We expect all patients and staff to communicate respectfully. Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour may result in the refusal of further appointments.
Where treatment is discontinued, any payments or refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms, circumstances and statutory consumer rights.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment package, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Eligibility & Promotional Offers

Offers are available to patients aged 18 years and over.
Offers are open to new and existing patients unless otherwise stated.
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment by a qualified practitioner. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is unsafe or clinically unsuitable.
Offers are valid only during the specified promotional period.
Purchases made outside the promotional period are not eligible for the promotional discount.

Booking & Payment

Full payment must be made to secure the promotional price.
Bookings may be made in person, by telephone or online.
All appointments are subject to availability, and early booking is recommended.
Treatments must be booked and redeemed within the validity period specified at purchase.
The clinic's standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in the loss of that session, subject to applicable consumer law.

Refunds & Cancellations

Black Friday promotional treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except where required by law or expressly agreed by the clinic.
Where a patient requests early cancellation of a promotional treatment course and the clinic agrees to a partial refund, any completed treatments will be recalculated at their standard standalone price applicable at the time of purchase.
The remaining eligible balance, if any, will be refunded after deducting the cost of treatments already provided and any other lawful charges.
Where the clinic decides to discontinue a promotional treatment course, refunds will be assessed fairly according to the circumstances, original agreement and applicable consumer rights.
Expired promotional treatments cannot ordinarily be extended, refunded or transferred, subject to statutory rights and any exceptions agreed by the clinic.

Additional Conditions

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or packages.
Promotional treatments apply only to the specified services and cannot be exchanged for alternative treatments without prior agreement.
Treatments must be received by the named patient and cannot be shared or transferred.
Results vary depending on individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed.
The clinic is not responsible for outcomes outside its reasonable control, but nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for negligence.
The clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers, provided that doing so does not unfairly affect purchases already made.
Where an offer is withdrawn after purchase and the clinic cannot fulfil the agreed treatment, patients will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with their statutory rights. Alternative treatment credit may be offered but will not replace any legal entitlement to a refund.
